You’ll be joining an all-star team with engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Robinhood, Google, and Amazon. We’re looking for a talented Founding Recruiter to build our team to support our rapid growth. We’re bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we’re hoping you can help us do that!
As a Founding Recruiter, you will work directly with our CEO to build Glide’s recruiting function from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Attracting Talent: Build and manage a pipeline of exceptional candidates across engineering, sales, product, and customer success. Develop creative strategies to source top talent for Glide.
Screening & Interviewing: Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
Offering & Closing: Partner with leadership to craft compelling offers and close candidates by communicating Glide’s mission, vision, and values.
Building Recruiting Processes: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to ensure efficiency as we grow. This includes building our “recruiting stack” - selecting the right technology and data partners to increase velocity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to understand role requirements, team needs, and growth priorities.
Championing Culture: Serve as a key advocate for Glide’s culture, ensuring every hire strengthens our values and contributes to our mission.
Need-to-Have’s:
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a startup environment.
3+ years of hands-on experience with modern sourcing, prospecting, and outreach tools.
Strong intuition for identifying top talent and a proven track record of understanding complex, technical roles.
Strong understanding of startup business models and the unique challenges of recruiting in a high-growth environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Nice-to-Have’s:
Previous experience recruiting in the fintech or financial services industry.
Experience building recruitment processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup.
An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit.

You’ll receive a competitive salary and a generous equity package for joining us at Glide. The estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 USD per year.
