You’ll be joining an all-star team with engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We’re looking for a talented Founding PM to help us grow our product to hundreds of banks. We’re bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we’re hoping you can help us do that!

Founding Product Manager

As Glide’s Founding Product Manager, you will work directly with our Chief Product Officer and engineering team to define and execute the product strategy for our system of action for financial institutions. You will be responsible for taking products from 0 to 1, solving critical problems for community banks and credit unions, and ensuring we build a category-defining platform.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the product vision and drive the roadmap at a high-growth fintech startup modernizing the banking infrastructure for millions of customers.

Your Responsibilities:

🚀 Own Product Strategy & Execution

• Define and prioritize Glide’s core banking and lending product roadmap based on customer needs and market insights.

• Work closely with engineers and designers to ship high-impact features that drive adoption and revenue.

• Leverage data, customer feedback, and competitive insights to continuously refine and improve our products.

📈 Drive Customer & Business Outcomes

• Partner with banks and credit unions to deeply understand their pain points and translate them into intuitive, scalable product solutions.

• Define and track success metrics to measure product effectiveness and iterate quickly.

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from ideation to launch and growth.

🛠 Build the Product Culture & Processes

• Establish product development best practices at an early-stage startup.

• Work with engineering to define a fast, iterative development cycle while ensuring reliability and compliance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment between product and GTM efforts.

Need-to-Have’s:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS.

• Experience building and shipping B2B products with complex workflows.

• Strong technical acumen—comfortable working with engineers and making informed trade-offs.

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into delightful product experiences.

• Data-driven approach—leveraging metrics to drive decision-making and experimentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have’s:

• Prior experience working on banking, lending, or payments products.

• Familiarity with AI-powered automation and decisioning tools.

• Startup experience—comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership.

• Experience working on 0 → 1 products and scaling them.
